The Traditional Dieta

Delicious fresh meals are prepared in the fully staffed kitchen and will be served community style in the Dining Hall.  Grains, fruits, nuts, fresh chicken and fish, local salads, vegan and vegetarian options will be served.  For those participating in ayahuasca ceremonies during Convergence, we will be keeping the traditional dieta.

The dieta is specifically geared to maximize your ayahuasca experiences.  There is no alcohol and the food is salt and sugar free.  The dieta also requires abstinence from sexual relations during the retreat.

We will break the dieta on the final night of Convergence with a specially prepared banquet that will be served at Convergence  Connected - the spectacular concluding social event and dance party! The water is clear, sweet and safe to drink -  drawn from deep artesian wells and then specially filtered.  Teas and fresh fruits will be available throughout the day.
