Sonia Valéra possesses extensive knowledge of the pharmacopeias of Amazonian Medicinal Plants.  She has studied, trained and practiced as a Vegetalista for the past fifteen years.

Sonia works directly with people who come to Espíritu de Anaconda for healing and treatment.  She works in tandem with Guillermo in making assessments, performing diagnostics and developing and prescribing individualized medicinal plant treatments.

Sonia administers and oversees the day to day operations of the center.
